Nation’s Capital Swim Club is hiring multiple Assistant Age Group Coaches for its Maryland and Virginia training sites for this Fall 2021. We are looking for part-time assistant coaches to work with our 12 and under training groups, which practice 2-3 times per week. We also are looking for a coach to lead our Gold 3 group (13 & over) in Bethesda, MD which trains 4 times per week, 1.5 hours per practice.
Qualifications include:
- Prior coaching experience required, competitive coaching experience preferred.
- USA Swimming membership preferred, along with certifications in Athlete Protection, Concussion Protocol, First Aid for swim coaches and CPR/AED.
- NCAP will work with a candidate on becoming certified if needed.
- Ability to start working in early September 2021.
