5th Annual “Wash For Josh” in Germantown

Manchester Farm, a MCSL team in Germantown, is hosting their annual “Wash For Josh.”

Joshua Bluestein was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) in January, 2011, as a fifth-grade student at Ronald McNair elementary school, and he was a member of the Manchester Farm Swim Team. He peacefully passed away in August 2014 due to complications after  a 3 1/2 year battle with ALL.  Joshua’s beautiful presence and amazing perseverance charmed and amazed all who came to know and love him. In honor of Josh, the swim team hosts this car wash event every summer.  100% of the proceeds raised will be donated to the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.  A recommended donation of $10 is greatly appreciated.
