PVS Safe Sport Workshop

All of us involved with swimming already know we are a part of the “Funnest Sport”, but did you also know USA swimming and now Potomac Valley Swimming (PVS) have a Safe Sport initiative?  USA Swimming is committed to fostering a fun, healthy and safe environment for all of its members.  In that spirit, the Safe Sport initiative provides guidance, support and tools for individuals, teams and swim committees to establish and/or enhance the environment for our athletes.  PVS will host a workshop and networking event the first weekend in February for all coaches, athletes, parents and volunteers to share ideas and get a better understanding of what the Safe Sport initiative provides.
