All Star Aquatics is hiring!

All Star Aquatics is a top 100 USA Swimming VCC swim team of 225 athletes located in Bethesda, MD. The team focuses on creating a competitive, fun, energized training environment for all levels from beginner to the national level.
We are looking for multiple assistant coaches to join our close-knit coaching family. We have openings from our 8 and under group to our National level swimmers. Assistants will report directly to the lead coaches of their groups. These lead coaches are eager to mentor and learn from one another. They will be involved in all aspects of team development. Pay is commensurate to coaching experience and very competitive for the area.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
● Current USA Swimming coach certifications.
● Enthusiastic, hard working, and highly motivated team player.
● Passion for developing swimmers of all ages.
● Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
● Expertise with current technique development and training.
