Catholic University is seeking a part-time Assistant Swimming Coach for our Men’s and Women’s NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving team. This is a season long appointment, running from Mid-September through Mid-February, with hours to include evenings and weekends. Pay and hours commensurate with quality of candidate, with entry-level coaches encouraged to apply.

- On-site coaching in meets and practices, including organization and implementation of daily practices
- Plan and prepare for meets
- Contribute to strength and conditioning program including one-on-one strength and conditioning work with student athletes
- Recruit and retain talented athletes successfully
- Ensure safety and well-being of student athletes
- Serve as an effective role model for college-age students
- Provide effective communication to head coach
- Collaborate effectively with other Department of Athletics’ team members
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the men’s and women’s swimming and diving program
