PART-TIME SWIM INSTRUCTOR
SafeSplash Swim School is the fastest-growing learn-to-swim program in North America. With 150 locations across the country, the North Bethesda/Rockville Pike location is the first in the DC area. We are passionate about bringing SafeSplash’s proven curriculum to this region and are building a team of dedicated and talented swim instructors.

We are looking for candidates with:

- Experience coaching, teaching and/or working with children
- A passion for swimming and a connection to our core values
- Swimming proficiency, preferably in all four strokes
- Reliable, trustworthy and professional with an outgoing and fun personality
- CPR/AED certification required; Lifeguard certification preferred

Position responsibilities:

- Conduct group, private, and semi-private swim lessons for all ages and ability levels based on the SafeSplash Swim School curriculum
- Build relationships with parents and students; periodically update parents on the progress of their students and make recommendations to manager when it is time to move student to the next level
- Participate in periodic training opportunities
