The ‘daily dryland’: Ideas to stay active while at home

By Reach for the Wall Staff

As parents of active swimmers, we’ve seen lots of email and information from various organizations providing guidance on how to remain engaged with your fitness during this crisis while staying home. With your permission, we’d like to publish your ‘at-home’ workouts. The first post comes from Jenni Halem, of Hydro-sonic Tiburones .

If your child completes this circuit 3 times as suggested (if you are a 13 & over swimmer you can try this 6-10 times) it should take at least 15 minutes, which is enough time to get the heart rate going, thank you Jenni!

Please send your ideas and guidance to operations@reachforthewall.org
