The ‘daily dryland’: Ideas to stay active while at home-week 4
By Reach for the Wall Staff
Two days in a row in the DMV where we see bright sunshine? Take advantage of this awesome weather and find a spot outside your house to do your workout!
USA Swimming did post a #WorkoutWednesday video yesterday & we thought it should be shared. Follow along with National Team member, Leah Smith as she takes you through 7 different exercises that will engage your mind and body. In the video it takes her 1:30 to complete 1 round & she suggests going through it 5 times. For a longer workout, you can increase the number of individual repetitions for each exercise (10x, 15x or 20x) or the number of rounds (10x, 15x etc.)
#WorkoutWednesday: Who’s ready to sweat? 🙌 @lgsmith19 shows you one of her favorite bodyweight workouts to try at home! #NoPoolNoProblem
PS: Don’t cheat yourself, 5️⃣ each leg on the single-leg exercises 😏💪 pic.twitter.com/XbISSD900p

We saw in the comments that National Jr. Team Director, Mitch Dalton, tired this & documented his effort @MitchDaltonNJT. Go ahead and give it a try and let USA Swimming/Leah know how you did!
