The ‘daily dryland’: Ideas to stay active while at home-week 6
By Reach for the Wall Staff
For those of you who haven’t been exposed to Cody Miller and his VLog, access the video below (you can thank us later). In this episode he provides a view in his day (actually a couple of days) as he also completes a full body outdoor workout. He’s called this workout the ‘Unreal 100’, where he completes 5 miles of running, 100 pushups, 100 sit-ups and 100 squats. He breaks it up by running 1 mile and performing 20 reps of each exercise, then repeating 5x. You can certainly adapt this to your ability by reducing the distance on the run or the # of reps of the exercises. This can also easily be done indoors with an elliptical, treadmill, run in place, etc. Do this in whatever your environment allows…the key is to do something!!
