Today’s dryland session come from MySwimPro and as advertised is a low-impact full body workout. The video goes for ~13 minutes as Fares Ksebati walks you through several exercises. Once you master the form, go ahead and build your workout with grouping the exercises into mini sets, alternating the exercises, increasing the number of repetitions, etc.
