The Dual Boards have helped improve my swimming so much that they are now essential in my work out. A swim practice without them feels like something is missing!

Dual Boards make swimming more fun and comfortable for me and my kids! We get to explore our underwater positioning and see our bodies in a whole new perspective. In addition to feeling the difference, we actually get to SEE the difference! My young kids put their faces in the water without thinking about it and kicking in the various positions is more fun for all of us.

My name is Julia Whittle and I’m an intern at Rip Current Sports. In early
2014 I decided I wanted to learn how to swim. Jose Gallagher started
teaching me freestyle and soon I wanted to start competing. Jose suggested I
start by going to U.S. Masters Swimming meets, which I did swimming
freestyle with Jose as my coach. Jose then inspired me to start competing in
para swimming events. After swimming at the Cincinnati Para-Swimming
Open, Jose decided to introduce me to strokes other than freestyle using his
double board method. The double board was great for me. Soon I was
competing in events not only in freestyle but also butterfly, which quickly
became my best stroke. Jose’s double board method also helped me
advance to start swimming the 200 IM and the 200 Fly. I’m happy to
recommend Jose’s double method to swimmers at any level.
