How can Hannah Kannan have place 25th with a 24.84, while Olivia French got 24th with a 24.84 in 50 fly. There must be a mistake. In the girls 50 fly.

In finals at NCSA Jr. Nationals, if a swimmer in a slower heat finishes with a faster time than a swimmer in a faster heat, the swimmer in the slower does not place higher than the swimmer in the faster heat despite having a faster time. Here, it looks like Olivia finished last in Heat 3 and Hannah finished 1st in Heat 4.
