Day 1: Eastern Zones

PVS swimmers began Day 1 of the 2017 Eastern Zone Short Course Championships (March 30 – April 1) on a strong note.

The PVS swimmers who won 1st place on Day 1 include Lleyton Arnold in Boys 10 & under 100 Breaststroke, Joyce Wu in 11-12 50 Breaststroke, Landon Gentry in 11-12 200 Individual Medley, Nick Maranto in the 13-14 400 Individual Medley, and the 10 & Under Girls 200 Free Relay team of Abby Yo, Alyssa Webb, Lexi Sawwa and Livia Venditti.

In team standings thus far, the PVS team currently sits in 3rd place, 5 points behind 2nd place New Jersey Swimming (487 vs 482 points).
