USA Swimming Make A Splash turns 10
Kicking off their 4-stop tour, the USA Swimming Foundation & Make a Splash spent the past weekend in the DMV, providing lessons and celebrating the 10th year of the Make A Splash movement. Below are a few of the moments as captured through Twitter:
