The ‘daily dryland’: Ideas to stay active while at home

Happy Friday! Going into the weekend, we’re offering some resources we’ve seen posted on various social media outlets and email campaigns. First, you’ve worked pretty hard this week completing many dryland circuits and getting the heart rate going. Here’s a resource to help calm things down, provided by the website Swimming Specific Yoga (click the logo to go to the website):

They are providing free tutorials and videos ranging from 25-45 minutes, focusing on movements that will specifically benefit swimmers. Try one or a few of them today!

Second, the team at Fitter and Faster sent out a blast email last night, offering Free Webinars led by some their top clinicians, dealing with topics we are all facing this week, the link below goes to the registration for today’s Webinar:
