A few of us saw this video on social media and received permission from the author Atiba Wade to re-post for all to enjoy. Atiba Wade is a former All-American swimmer for the University of Georgia and Olympic Trial qualifier. Recently, he has coached and worked with wounded, injured or ill soldiers and veterans through the US Army Warrior Care and Transition, a program focusing on adaptive sports as a vehicle of transition. In the video below, Atiba steps you through an hour-long workout, demonstrating movements that directly correlate with swimming strokes and form. Enjoy!
