It’s Friday!!! We’ve managed two weeks of being active out of the water & our skin and hair are starting to return to their natural states. Yesterday, our friends at Fitter and Faster provided a free webcast, led by strength and conditioning coach Lee Sommers. This webcast is focused on the younger swimmers (aged 9-12) and Lee led them through a great exercise routine that anyone can do from home. Coach Sommers stresses technique above all while still challenging you to perform the exercises to the best of your ability. We’ve embedded the webcast in full below.
