The ‘daily dryland’: Ideas to stay active while at home-week 3
By Reach for the Wall Staff
Last week we posted a workout provided by Atiba Wade, where he spent an hour demonstrating various exercises that mimic swimming strokes/form. This week he’s back with his second video (just under 40 minutes), starting out with several ‘loosen up’ exercises, tips for mindfulness, as well as some fun swimming facts & history sprinkled throughout the video. As in his tagline, to complete these exercises, ‘All you need is your body and a great attitude.’ Also, how fun is dry fly?!!!
