The ‘daily dryland’: Ideas to stay active while at home-week 4

Here we go, week 4!!! Today’s suggested workout comes from a USA Swimming club: Delta Aquatics, located in Oswego, IL. This is one of many contributions Jessica Bogie (Delta’s head age group coach) made to a Facebook group for swim coaches. This is a ‘countdown’ workout, which can be completed in any room of the house, where the athlete will complete a series of exercises for a 5-minute duration, then another series for 4-minutes, another for 3-minutes, etc. The full cycle takes 15 minutes to complete, so feel free to repeat 2 to 4 times for a 30-60 minute workout today!
