Today’s exercises are provided by Caeleb Dressel. Now that our weather has turned a bit warmer, go ahead and find a spot outside and follow along with him. These exercises can be done pretty much anywhere & will provide a targeted workout you can carry forward into your daily/weekly routine when you are able to get back in the water.
