We haven’t seen the weekly post from USA Swimming yet, so we’re going with a workout that’s fun to do, and different for each athlete as the components of the workout depend on your name. Do the prescribed exercise for each letter in your name: first, middle, last…then reverse it. Repeat as many times as you wish to get a full 30-45 minutes of activity.
