The past few weeks we’ve highlighted workouts/routines performed by USA Swimming National team members & focus on getting your week in gear! I’m thinking today we need to use the moniker #WebinarWednesday as there are some amazing opportunities available today to interact with some of the titans in our sport. Here’s the rundown:
Fitter and Faster:
Swim Business: Will the International Swimming League be around for generations? – Wednesday April 29: 4:00 PM ET
For Everyone who loves swimming!
The International Swimming League (ISL) was established in 2019. The league features ten teams consisting of roster spots occupied by the fastest swimmers in the world. The competitions are spectacular in person – with each one reportedly costing in excess of one million dollars to produce! But, what is the league’s future?
Led by the ISL’s Program Development Director, Dmitriy Kachurovskiy and the Director of the International Swimmers’ Alliance/Olympic Legend Matt Biondi along with Fitter and Faster’s Founder, David Arluck (who represented dozens of professional swimmers with his past company) and Brett Hawke who served as a Coach of the ISL’s LA Current during the league’s inaugural season.
Yoga for Swimmers – Wednesday, April 29: 5pm ET
For Swimmers of All Ages
Olympic medalist and yoga instructor Emily Silver will lead swimmers through a yoga class designed to help swimmers build strength, stability, and flexibility.
