The ‘daily dryland’: Ideas to stay active while at home-week 9

As we enter week 9 of working out at home, we are within a few weeks of Memorial Day. We all know Memorial Day is traditionally the opening of pools across the DMV and while we don’t have any great information on what our communities are permitted to do, we’ve seen quite a few neighborhood pools making preparations for opening should it be allowed. Fingers are eternally crossed that we will have an opportunity to hit the water again soon!

In the meantime, let’s keep doing these at home workouts and checking in on the free Webcasts- they are pretty amazing!!!
