2020 Fall season: Top 10 swims

It took us a while to locate and compile the results, but this week have completed the Top 10 list for PVS meets held from October through the end of December. There were over 40 competitions held, ranging from Intrasquads to Championship Finals formats, all while keeping the number of participants within local guidelines for athletic competitions. We had the opportunity to watch a number of the meets via the host team’s FaceBook livestream, Instagram, YouTube among other formats and loved seeing the athletes compete. As with the October ‘Top 10’, we embedded an excel spreadsheet which is segmented into two Tabs- Women & Men, and within each tab you can filter by the column heading. Lot’s of great swims performed in less than ideal circumstances.

One of the biggest highlights from December was the relay from NCAP: Sophie Duncan, Camille Spink, Tatum Wall and Erin Gemmell, who broke the National Age Group Record in the 15-16 800 Free Relay:

PVS: Currently, there are 9 sanctioned meets scheduled for January, likely more to come.

VHSL: The Winter Swim meet season has begun! We saw Madsion Swim and Dive publish their dual and championship schedule:
